Mockup approval is required before printing. Please review names, spelling, colors, placement, garment choices, and quantities carefully. Production does not begin until approval is received.

Bulk pricing is available and generally improves as the quantity using the same design and print setup increases. Mixing garments, print sizes, print locations, or design variations can affect pricing.

Custom Pricing and Minimum Orders

Custom apparel is priced by quote because every project has different requirements. Pricing can depend on garment style, quantity, sizes and colors, number and size of print locations, artwork condition, special handling, and deadline.

Most standard DTF custom-printing projects can begin with one piece. Minimum quantities may apply to specialty garments, special-order colors, embroidery, or supplier-specific items. Any minimum will be confirmed before you approve the quote.

Typical Custom Printing Turnaround

Typical production time is 5–10 business days after payment and final mockup approval. Artwork revisions, garment availability, large orders, specialty items, shipping time, and rush deadlines can extend or change the schedule. If you have an event date, include it with your request so we can confirm feasibility before accepting the order.

Artwork & Accepted File Formats

For the best print quality, send high-resolution artwork at the intended print size. Transparent backgrounds are preferred when appropriate.

Design and Setup Charges

Print-ready artwork that requires no correction generally does not need a separate artwork setup charge. Background removal, vector tracing, logo cleanup, layout changes, custom design work, or major revisions may require an additional design fee. Any charge will be explained in your quote before work begins.
