How Custom Ordering Works
- Send your project details: Choose a garment, quantity, sizes, colors, print locations, and required delivery date.
- Artwork review: Upload your design or describe what you want us to create.
- Receive your quote: We confirm garment availability, pricing, production time, and any design or setup charges.
- Approve your mockup: We send a digital proof showing the design, placement, and approximate scale.
- Production begins: Printing starts only after payment and written mockup approval.
- Quality check and delivery: Your order is inspected, packed, and prepared for pickup or shipping as agreed.
Mockup approval is required before printing. Please review names, spelling, colors, placement, garment choices, and quantities carefully. Production does not begin until approval is received.
Custom Pricing and Bulk Orders
Custom apparel is priced by quote because each project is different. Your price depends on the garment style and brand, total quantity, garment sizes and colors, number and size of print locations, artwork condition, special handling, and delivery deadline.
Bulk pricing is available. In general, the per-item price decreases as the quantity of garments using the same design and print setup increases. Mixing garment styles, print sizes, or design variations can affect the final tier. Your quote will show the approved scope and total price before production.
Minimum Order Policy
Most standard DTF custom-printing projects can begin with one piece. Minimum quantities may apply to specialty garments, special-order colors, embroidery, or supplier-specific items. Any minimum will be confirmed before you approve the quote.
Typical Turnaround
Typical production time is 5–10 business days after payment and final mockup approval. Artwork revisions, garment availability, large orders, specialty items, shipping time, and rush deadlines can extend or change the schedule. If you have an event date, submit it with your request so we can confirm whether the deadline is possible before accepting the order.
Artwork and Accepted File Formats
For the best print quality, send a high-resolution file at the intended print size. Transparent backgrounds are preferred when appropriate.
- Preferred: PNG at 300 DPI, SVG, AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF
- Also accepted for review: JPG/JPEG and PSD
- Please outline fonts or include the required font files
- Low-resolution screenshots may require cleanup or recreation
Design and Setup Charges
Print-ready artwork that requires no correction generally does not need a separate artwork setup charge. Background removal, vector tracing, logo cleanup, layout changes, custom design work, or major revisions may require an additional design fee. Any charge will be explained in your quote before work begins.
