Where is Faj Graphics Apparel located?
Faj Graphics Apparel Inc. is based in Stockton, California. We operate as an online apparel and custom printing business and do not currently have a retail storefront.
Do you print your apparel in-house?
Yes. We use professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment for our in-house apparel production. From preparing designs and printing to pressing, quality checking, and packaging, we’re involved throughout the production process.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Custom, personalized, or larger orders may require additional production time. We’ll communicate any significant additional processing time when applicable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
You’ll receive tracking information when available once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

What is your return policy?
Eligible unused and unworn items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Please carefully review spelling, sizing, colors, and design details before approving a custom order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Because some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
Do you offer custom apparel printing?
Yes! We provide custom apparel printing for:

Can I provide my own design?
Yes. You can submit your own artwork for custom printing.
For the best print quality, high-resolution artwork with a transparent background is preferred. We’ll let you know if adjustments are needed before production.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk and group orders are welcome. Pricing may vary depending on the product, quantity, design, print size, and number of print locations.

How should I care for my printed apparel?
For longer-lasting prints, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash cold
- Use mild detergent
- Wash with similar colors
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
Always follow the garment’s care label when applicable.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between garment styles.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
Do you have a physical store?
Not currently. Faj Graphics Apparel operates as an online apparel and custom printing business.
Our published Stockton address is a business mailing address and is not a retail storefront.
Should I mail my return to your business mailing address?
No. Please do not send a return without authorization.
