Order Cancellation

Immediate Cancellation:
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase. If you change your mind within this period, please send an email to info@fajgraphicsapparel.com and include your order number. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund upon receipt of your request.

After 24 Hours:
If your order has already been processed or shipped by our fulfillment center, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected — you may still cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returns and Refunds

General Guidelines

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, if possible, to ensure safe and efficient processing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or design, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

A photo of the incorrect item
A brief description

We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

A photo or video clearly showing the damage
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue

We offer free replacement for damaged or defective items. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Manufacturing Faults After Use (Warranty)

Our products are quality-checked and protected against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidents.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with:

Photos or videos of the defect
Your order number
A description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect.

Missing Order / Lost Package

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, contact us immediately.
An order not received within 60 days from the shipping date may be considered lost.

In such cases, we will investigate and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund.

Time Frame for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@fajgraphicsapparel.com with your return request, including your order number and the reason for return.
Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
Ship your return to the address provided in our email. Do not ship items without prior approval.
Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Please Note:

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
