All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
If we expect any significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Policy

Faj Graphics Apparel currently offers nationwide shipping across the USA.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

We ship orders from the fulfillment location closest to your destination whenever possible.
If an item is unavailable at the nearest facility, we may ship from an alternate location within the USA.

Please note:
Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, weather delays, or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

If you do not receive a tracking email after the processing period, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For domestic orders within the United States, taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Faj Graphics Apparel is not responsible for any additional fees applied by carriers (if applicable).

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or with defective items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will review your case and offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund

Please keep all damaged packaging until your claim is resolved.

Lost Packages

It is rare for packages to go missing, but if this occurs, we are here to help.

An order that has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date is considered lost.

In such cases:

  • We will investigate the issue with the carrier

  • Once confirmed, we will issue either a full refund or send a replacement

If the tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately.

Rejected or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not available

  • Package not collected within carrier's holding time

If the package is returned due to customer-related issues, we may be unable to refund shipping costs.
Refunds can only be issued once the items are returned to us in their original, unused condition.
