Track Your Order
When your order ships, Shopify sends a shipment confirmation email containing a View your order button and the carrier tracking link.
How to check your shipment
- Open the shipment confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Select View your order or the carrier tracking number.
- Allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the carrier’s first tracking scan to appear.
Can’t find the email?
